Holiday email fix

The RPM 5.2 update on Dec. 17 introduced a bug that caused agent users to not always receive email notifications for process management. We fixed that on Monday morning, Dec 29th. Sorry for the inconvenience. Fortunately, RPM use was way down over Christmas, as expected.

RPM 5.2 What's New

The update to High Voltage begins in just over an hour. RPM will be down during the upgrade.

Google Chrome is out of beta

Google has released their Chrome browser out of beta. I've moved it to the official "Full support" browser list for RPM. I personally like Chrome a lot and use it often for RPM. It's Windows only for now, but they say Mac and Linux versions are coming. For now Firefox 3 is still my primary browser.

New Branding

We're currently in the middle of making new branding for RPM Software. Our two main vertical applications are getting process-focused product names.
