Commission data transfer

The other big feature in Phoenix is the Commission data transfer. This is functionality to allow one company using RPM to get commission data directly from another company using RPM.

There are enough RPM customers out there now that some have sales contracts with other RPM customers. This means one company also has an agent logon to RPM for another company. Currently that means downloading a commission report in Excel, formatting it, and uploading it back into their own RPM subscription. This new feature allows a transfer matrix to be defined so the commission items and adjustments can be copied automatically without any files or second logons required.
