This account is (old)
As a result of the importer improvements in Wolf, we had to make a minor change to some existing account numbers. This affected 4 of our customers and XO accounts only. The accounts in question all were duplicates of another existing account except for a leading apostrophe. This situation was likely caused by an account that was previously being imported with an apostrophe being imported without one or more runs later. If your data was affected, you will have received an email notice with the details.
Example: '12345 is the account then after a few runs the number started coming in as 12345. So '12345 has items in Jan & Feb and 12345 has the items from March on. After wolf '12345 is changed in the database to be 12345 (old).
This change was required for compatibility with the improved importer that now properly removes apostrophes in all situations. This change also better distinguishes the difference and allows the pair of accounts to be found by sorting by account number.
I'd prefer to have handled this fix differently, like with more warning, however the need for it kind of caught us by surprise after the update. This change was done on Thursday, June 30.
