Archived customers, agencies, and reps

Agencies, reps, customers, and accounts can't be deleted from RPM if they have a commission history (one or more commission items). The agency, for example, is required to be there as reference for those past items. In other words, the data must remain the system as a record. However, we understand that it would be nice not to have that agency show up in certain lists or views if, for example, their contract has been terminated.

For Jupiter we're considering an archiving feature for agencies, reps, and customers similar to the one in place now for forms. So if this agency is no longer active you could archive it and then it wouldn't show up in default views or as a reference option in fields.
