Beta times 3

Phoenix (RPM 3.7) Beta on Internet Explorer 7 Beta on Windows Vista Beta. So far it looks like no major problems. Windows Vista should be out by the end of 2006. However, IE 7 will be available for Windows XP before that so we want to be ready.

One minor thing I notice, it looks like IE 7 is rendering the toolbar icons a couple pixels too low (some people say I'm a UI perfectionist). If it isn't a beta issue with IE 7 that will fixed, we'll compensate for it in the application.
