RPM Software does not have access to your logon information. RPM Software will not reset your password. If you have lost your username or password you must contact the company that has purchased your RPM subscription.


A single username may only be used for one active session at a time. If you see this error then you may have neglected to log off from a different location. You can click "Force logoff and continue" to end that session and logon now. If there is someone else currently using your username then clicking "Force logoff and continue" will end their session immediately.
