Summary
An action is something that was done or has to be done regarding a form in a process. An action can represent a task, activity, a "to do", an appointment, etc. Each action has a description, an owner, a date, and a status (open or done). Any form participant may add an action.
- See Global action
- See Process management
For each form there are five ways to view the actions for that form:
- All. All actions for this form
- Mine. All actions for this form that you are the owner of
- Due. All actions for this form that have a date of today or earlier and have a status of "open". (any owner)
- Pending. All actions for this form that have a date of tomorrow or later and have a status of "open" (any owner)
- Done. All actions for this form that have a status of "done" (any owner)
Any participant in the form can be the owner of an action in that form. If they are removed as a participant, actions they owned that are done save their name as owner and open actions they owned are given to the user who removed them. If a user is deleted, any actions they owned go to the user who deleted them (that user being added as a participant if needed)
