Admin invoice report

Summary

This is a spec of an Administrator feature.

This feature generates an Excel file that RPM Software needs to bill the RPM subscribers of a deployment.

Details

This report is about user counts for each subscriber in a deployment. The counts we are most concerned about are for users who are enabled and who's last logon was within a certain time period.

  • A user in "unused" if they are enabled and the last time they logged in was over a certain time period from when the report is run.
  • If a user is enabled and has never logged in they are also considered "unused"
  • A user is listed as disabled if their account is disabled regardless of their last logon if ever.

Manager and rep

If an agent user is both a manager and a rep, they are only counted once as a manager.

Filename

  • "Invoice report {DATE}.xls"
    • Example: "Invoice report Aug 3, 2005.xls"

Wizard

A wizard "Invoice report" is launched from the admin's "Users" page. It contains a text box where the user can enter the number of days before a user is considered "unused"
