Summary

An administrator is a user at the deployment level of RPM. Administrators manage the subscribers and suppliers in a deployment. The administrators represent the company that owns their deployment. In the case of the ASP application, that is RPM Software itself.

Commission rules

Administrators do not receive commissions and do not setup commission rules or work directly with commission data. However, administrators can add, delete, and move (change the month of) commission runs for any subscriber in their deployment.

Security

Administrators can only be added and edited by other administrators.

Adding an administrator

Administrators are added by other administrators. From the "Users" section click "Manage administrators" then "Add an administrator".
