Summary
An agency is a company a subscriber has an agent contract with. An agency can have any number of reps and managers and is paid a commission by the subscriber.

Commission rules
Each agency has a commission schedule and may be given any number of addendums. An agency referral may be setup at the agency level to pay a different agency something on all of the first agency’s sales.

Staff users
- Editing agency details requires the "Edit agencies" privilege.
- Adding an agency requires the "Add agencies" privilege.

Agency managers
- Agency managers may view the details of their own agency and edit the details except the agency name.
- Agency managers will see the name of any agency referenced in forms they are a participant of if the reference is not hidden.

Agency reps
- Agency reps may view the details of their agency and edit only the custom fields.
- Agency reps will see the name of any agency referenced in forms they are a participant of if the reference is not hidden.

Adding an agency
To add an agency click "Add" or "Import" on the Agencies page.
