Summary
Agency assignment allows relationships to be defined between agencies and staff users. When an assignment category is added it becomes available on the details page of every agency and for each category for each agency a staff user may be selected. Agency assignment is useful for information purposes, filtering views, and selecting a default staff participant for forms started by an agent user.
- Note: On the agency details page see the "Staff" section.
- Example: Specify a "Sales support", "Commission support", and "Recruiter" for each agency.

- Adding and editing assignment categories requires a super user.
- Selecting a staff for a category for an agency requires a super user.

- Agent users see the assignment categories and the staff user assigned to their agency for each category.
