Summary

Agency quotas allow a subscriber to track the performance of an agency over a specified period of time. The metric used can be the Net billed, Gross commission, Sales commission, or Agent commission for all suppliers or one supplier.

  • Does not affect commissions, it only reports them.
  • Not related to "quota based tier structure". See Commission schedule
  • The quota agency view columns average any in-progress quotas for each agency.

Staff users

  • Viewing agency quota columns requires the "View agency, rep, customer, account commission results" privilege.
  • Viewing the agency quota page requires the "View agency schedules" privilege.
  • Adding, and editing agency quotas requires the "Edit agency schedules" privilege.

Agent users

  • Agency quotas are hidden from agent users.

  • The agency quota requires the "Commissions" module.

Adding an agency quota

Select an agency then click "Quotas" and then click "Add".
