Summary
Every agency has their own commission schedule and these schedules are based on templates that can be customized for each agency if needed. Templates allow for easier agency commission schedule management when some agencies are paid the same on some things.

Staff users
- Adding, and editing agency schedule templates requires the "Edit master schedules, account groups" privilege.

Agent users
- Agent users see the template their agency has been assigned. Any modifications made to their schedule will hide the original template values.
- Commission schedules can be entirely hidden from all agent users. Setting this option requires a staff user with the "Edit master schedules, account groups" privilege.

On the "Schedule designer" page click "Add an agency template".
