Summary

Agency managers are agent users with management privileges at an agency. They can view commissions for all the reps and referrals the agency receives. Agency managers can update the contact information for the agency. Agency managers can see all of the forms their reps are participants of.

Agency managers do not have rep IDs and don’t receive commissions, but an agent user can be both an agency manager and a rep if required.

Staff users

  • Editing agency manager details requires the "Edit reps, managers" privilege.
  • Adding an agency manager requires the "Add reps, managers" privilege.

Agency managers

  • Agency managers may view the details of managers in their own agency and edit the details except the manager’s name.

  • Agency reps may view the details of their agency managers.

Adding an agency manager

Agency managers are added from the details page of the agency you want to add them to, click "Add a manager"
