Agency level

Affects all agent users in the agency.

• The change takes effect immediately.

Upload file attachments functionality.

Start forms

An overall setting that still requires individual processes to allow the agent user to participate.

Allows agent managers in the agency to see the full commission amounts and details of commission items sold by a different agency and pay this agency a referral.

Agent user level

Affects one user. For users that are a rep and a manager, you can modify the setting on either the rep or manager page with the same effect to the whole user.

• The change takes effect the next time the user logs on.

Agent commission access

• Hidden: All "Agent comm.", "Payout", and "Referral" columns and values are hidden from this user.
• Not hidden

Security

Staff users

• Modifying the agency settings requires the "Edit agencies" privilege.
• Modifying the agent user settings requires the "Edit reps, managers " privilege.
