Summary
Process forms can be archived. An archived form has all the same functionality of a regular form, but it isn't included in the built-in views. Also, archived forms aren't listed in the attention list or on details pages (like for an agency). You can also filter archived forms out of custom views.
- Use: Archive forms when they are no longer required for day-to-day use.
- See Process management
