Summary

A commission summary is a report of the commission totals. There are three types of commission summaries: Subscriber summary, Agency summary, and Rep summary. The summary provides a high level, grouped view of the commissions with links to the commission items and other summaries.

  • For agent users the commission summary is the starting page for viewing all their commission data.
  • Commission summaries are for a single commission run only
  • Sometimes referred to as just "summary"

Staff users

  • Viewing the subscriber summary requires the "Subscriber, supplier commission totals" privilege.
  • Viewing agency and rep summaries requires the "View agency, rep, customer, account commission results" privilege.

Agency managers

  • Agency managers may view their agency summary and the rep summary of the reps in their agency.

  • Agency reps may view their summary.

  • The commission summary requires the "Commissions" module.
