Summary

Custom fields allow additional information to be stored for agencies, reps, customers, accounts, and staff. Once a custom field has been setup, it is instatly available

  • Example: "Contract signed" date for agencies
  • Example: "BTN" for customers.

Staff users

  • Custom variable setup requires the "Setup custom fields" privilege.
  • Viewing and editing custom field values depends on what they are custom variables for.

Agent users

  • Custom field setup is hidden from agent users.
  • Viewing and editing custom field values depends on what they are custom fields for and the permission settings of the field.
