Default columns

Summary

Custom views allow staff users to customize the columns shown on pages such as "Customers". However, there must be default columns defined that are used until they have customized the column list for a view. Also, agent users can’t choose which columns they see, so they always see the default columns.

Setup

RPM comes with all the default columns definitions that are required. In addition, certain default column definitions can then be modified by a staff user.

  • Commission items. Click "Default columns" on the "Commissions" page.
  • Forms. Per template. Click "Default columns" on the template page.

Security

Staff users

  • Default commission column setup requires the "Setup commission defaults" privilege.
  • Default template columns setup requires the "Add, edit, delete process templates" privilege.
