Spec for deleting all the items in a view

The delete is done by clicking a "Delete" link in the toolbar of the "Select a commission item" page. (Similar to delete forms in a view)

Clicking the link does not directly delete the items. As with deleting forms in a view, the user is shown a confirmation page that includes the count of items that will be deleted.
The delete link is disabled if the selected run is closed

All items are grouped in the recycle bin by delete. Example: "1,204 commission items, March 2005 run".

Items in closed runs can not be restored. However, there shouldn't even be items from a past run int he bin because all items in the bin are erased when a run is closed. That's all items from any run. Even though there shouldn't be items from older than this run, that check is still run as is the check for not restoring items from past runs, just to be safe.

Deleting or restoring any commission items, either single or by view, requires a "Commission run data" privilege of "Read & edit".
