Summary

A download of commission data for an agency. It combines the agency's commission items, incoming referrals, and adjustments into one worksheet. It's available to agent managers and staff. The staff download is as close to the same as the agent user download as possible.

A "Type" column will be introduced that can be imported as a variable if needed.

This does not affect the commission data transfer.

  • Rep, Rep ID, Customer, Account, Product, Type: "(adjustment)"
  • Qty: "1"
  • Supplier: As per adjustment, if none then "(adjustment)"
  • Referral deduction, Split, and variables all blank

Staff

  • Requires access to the agency commission summary page
  • Custom variables are only shown that are "not hidden" for agent users. We want to show them the same potential download as agent users. I say potential because an agent user may have their agent comm. access hidden (see below)

  • May only download for their own agency
  • Agent comm. is hidden if agent commission access is "hidden".
