Processes may be featured. This controls how the links are displayed.
Setting a process to be “Featured in start lists� or “Featured in select lists� controls the display of links to start a form for this process or select an existing form in this process respectively. A featured link is displayed on the home page of agent users and the process management page of staff. Processes that aren’t featured must be accessed through a “more…� link. This is done from the “Info� section of the process template details page.
- Example: Setting the “Quote� process to “Featured in start lists� will add a “Start a Quote� link on the home page of agent users.
