Summary
Frames allow more than one web page to be displayed at once in a browser window. Each frame scrolls independently of the other frames. RPM uses two frames:

Top
The top frame contains the subscriber logo, user information, log off link and quick search field. Depending on the user type it may also have "Preferences", "More" searches, print, recycle bin, shortcut, and help links.

Main
The main frame is the primary RPM frame that contains all the information and links related to the task at hand.
