Summary

RPM has import functionality to create or update information using a file uploaded by a user.

Staff users

• Agency and rep imports require the "Add & delete agencies, reps, and agent managers" privilege.
• Customer and account imports require a "Customer information" privilege of "Read & edit"
• Staff user imports can only be done by users with the "super user" role.
