Password reset
If you have forgotten your password it must be reset by a super user or administrator. For reasons of system security, passwords cannot be retrieved from the database; they can only be reset.
- As policy RPM Software will only reset the passwords for subscriber staff users with the super user role.
- All other users must contact their subscriber (master agent, service provider, etc.) to have their password reset.

Errors

The username was not found or the password was incorrect
Either the username entered was not found in the database or it was found, but the password is wrong.
- The ambiguity of not saying whether it is the username or the password is intentional and is done for security reasons.
- Make sure your Caps Lock is not on as both usernames and passwords are case sensetive.
