- Jan 28, 2004 - Draft Functional Spec introduction to developers
- Jan 30 - Draft Technical Spec & Initial estimates done
- Feb 2 - First schedule meeting with management
- Feb 2 to 21 - Primary feature development
- Feb 22 - Edit template code complete, demos to Jade
- Feb 23 - Testing by Dev team begins.
- Feb 24
- Edit form, process import/export, process search code complete, demos to Jade.
- Minor features evaluated coding begins
- Style cleanup begins
- Feb 25 - A & B CR fixing. Update notice sent to customers
- Feb 26 - Testing of new features with Intelisys data
- Feb 27 - A/A+ priority only CR fixing from now on
- March 2 to 6 - Testing including Dana & Joe (Round 1)
- March 9 to 13 - Testing including Dana & Joe (Round 2)
- March 16 - Dev team tests latest Intelisys data, Joe tests latest Agent data, Dana starts making new demo data
- March 17 & 18 - Last change for fixes. Dana continues demo data work
- March 18 - Branch & Deployment. Dana continues demo data work
