Process summary

From RPM Wiki

A process summary is a report based on some forms from a process. The report includes a status timeline and a summary of each applicable field. RPM automatically determines which fields can be summarized and includes them in the report. The range of forms that are included is defined using views (See View) and always includes forms from only one process.

  • Examples: The process summary can be used as a sales funnel report, commission forecasting, quote value report, and many more. As with all of process management, process summaries are a flexible tool.
