Summary

Some process view columns that are available for processes with a reconciliation commission method.

Items

  • Number
  • A count of the total number of items matched to the form.

Runs

  • Number
  • A count of the total number of runs with one or more items matched to the form.

First run

  • Commission run + link
  • The first commission run with one or more items matched to the form.

First correct run

  • Commission run + link
  • The first commission run with one or more items matched to the form where the "items total" is within the comparison tolerance of the chosen money field in the form.
  • Requires "Comparison" to be enabled in the commission settings for the template.

Items total

  • Money
  • The total value if items matched to the form in a run
  • If the form is "correct": In the correct run.
  • If the form is "incorrect": In the most recent run with items matched to the form.
  • Requires "Comparison" to be enabled in the commission settings for the template.

Difference

  • Money
  • The value in the form minus the total value of the items in a run.
  • If the form is "correct": In the correct run.
  • If the form is "incorrect": In the most recent run with items matched to the form.
  • Requires "Comparison" to be enabled in the commission settings for the template.
