Summary

A staff user is an RPM user at the subscriber level. Staff can have access to all [[agent|agents], customers, and commission data in a subscriber depending on the privileges defined in their role. A staff user belongs to one subscriber and has one role.

Agencies may be assigned to staff through one or more assignment category. Agency assignment does not affect commissions.

• Note: Staff users are sometimes called just "staff".

Staff users do not receive commissions. Staff users setup commission rules and work with commission data. See Role

Security

Staff users

• Adding, changing the role of, and deleting staff may only be done by users in the "super user" role.
• Staff contact information may be changed by any other staff.
• A staff user can not delete themselves

• Agent users see staff user names and role name.
